Refund policy

Not meant to be? We get it. Items are eligible for return if the garment is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with any original tags still attached.

Harris Boulevard will refund you for your purchase if full price items are sent back / postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date according to tracking info. Items that are returned outside of this window will result in store credit only. Anything returned after 30 days cannot be returned.

 

NEW as of August 12, 2026:

 

To make a RETURN, email info@harrisboulevard.com and let us know what you are returning. We will email you a return label ($7 fee).

 

Once we receive your items, they will be processed within 7-10 business days, at which time you will be issued a refund or store credit for the item and any applicable taxes (minus $7 for return label). We will email you once your return has been processed. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

To make an EXCHANGE, email info@harrisboulevard.com and let us know what you are exchanging. We will email you a FREE return label.

We suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS, or FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in transit.

 

Price Adjustment Policy: To request a price adjustment, the same style and size must be available for purchase at the time of your request.

 

Sale Items under $100 are FINAL SALE. Over $100 can be returned for STORE CREDIT only if returned within 14 days of purchase.

International Returns - CANADA

 

We accept returns of eligible items shipped to Canada within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges and applicable import duties, taxes and customs fees are nonrefundable, except where required by law.  Please contact us before returning an international order so we can provide return instructions. Refunds will be processed after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.  We do not offer direct international exchanges. Customers wishing to purchase a different size or style nnay return their original item and place a new order.
